Our 404 Unimog rear axle shafts are what you need for an upgrade or a housing change or swap. They are machined out of billet 4340 alloy and heat treated to exact specifications.
They can be manufactured to any length and any spline needed for your application. Stock splines for guys upgrading or moving pinion location or different splines if doing a housing change, for example running a Ford 9 inch housing with anything from 28 splines to 40 splines.
4340 material is plenty strong as the reduction in the portal box makes axles and driveline components about 60% stronger.
